I would like to tell you that we had a such a great stay last weekend. The rooms and the hotel surpased all my expectations. There was plenty of room for all of us and the bed/bathroom set up was perfect. I think we did a pretty good job of keeping everything clean, but let me know if that is not the case.

Playa Property Management will create, service, manage your website listing by always keeping it updated with photos, rates, availability calendar etc.

You should expect to make the property appealing to guests. This may involve painting or patch work, carpet cleaning, and minor repairs. Your property will rent quicker and demand a higher rental value if it is in good condition.
All units will be advertised on HomeAway.com, once we receive an inquiry if that particular unit is not available we will advise the guest of our other units based on a rotation cycle and based on availability.
If for any reason, either party is not in agreement and wishes to terminate the relationship, we ask that you send us a request in writing and allow us 60 days.

On another note I had the opportunity to meet one of the cleaning crews yesterday. They were very nice and respectful. I congratulate you on hiring good, qualified people who are working hard to establish their lives in Florida.
